Crab crusted mahi-mahi
Ingredients
- 3 oz. Harbor Banks® Super Lump Crab
- 6 oz. Harbor Banks Mahi-Mahi
- 2 oz. Charred Lemon Vinaigrette
- 12 oz. Charred Lemon Juice
- 16 oz. Roseli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Monarch® Salt
- 1 tsp. Monarch Pepper
Preparation:
- Case crab to the top of mahi mahi filet (can be done ahead of time)
- Bake in 400° oven for 10 minutes
- Drizzle charred lemon vinaigrette over cooked fish
