Crab crusted mahi-mahi

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Harbor Banks® Super Lump Crab
  • 6 oz. Harbor Banks Mahi-Mahi
  • 2 oz. Charred Lemon Vinaigrette
  • 12 oz. Charred Lemon Juice
  • 16 oz. Roseli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. Monarch® Salt
  • 1 tsp. Monarch Pepper

Preparation:

  1. Case crab to the top of mahi mahi filet (can be done ahead of time)
  2. Bake in 400° oven for 10 minutes
  3. Drizzle charred lemon vinaigrette over cooked fish
