Breaded Mussel Poutine
Ingredients
- 6 oz. House cut fries
- 4 oz. Molly’s Kitchen® Clam Chowder
- 4 oz. Harbor Banks® Breaded Popcorn Mussels
- 2 oz. Fresh chopped parsley
Preparation
- Fry the fries.
- Ladle chowder on top of fries.
- Top with breaded mussels and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
