BIG BISON SMASH

Ingredients

  • 1 ea. Hilltop Hearth® Pub Grain Hamburger Bun
  • 1 ea. Cattleman's Selection® All Natural* Bison Burger
  • 1 Slice Glenview Farms® Vegan Cheddar Style Slices
  • .5 oz. Rykoff Sexton® Caramelized Sliced Onions
  • 2 Slices Patuxent Farms® Bacon, Cooked
  • 1.5 T Monarch® Organic Yellow Mustard
  • 2 oz. Rykoff Sexton Slow Roasted Tomatoes
  • Lettuce

PREPARATION

  1. Butter and toast bun, set aside.
  2. Place onions on flat top to heat through and slightly brown. 
  3. Season bison burger with salt and pepper, grill to order.
  4. Spread organic mustard onto bun, add onions on top of mustard.
  5. Top burger with cheese and bacon until cheese melts. 
  6. Remove burger from grill and place on top of onions. 
  7. Top with slow roasted tomatoes and lettuce.
  8. Place top bun upside down, leaning against burger.
