Beef Bulgogi Burrito

Ingredients

  • 1 ea. Hilltop Hearth® Whole Wheat Flour Tortilla, 12"
  • 3 oz. Chef's Line® Kimchi Fried Rice
  • 2 oz. Cross Valley Farms® Superfood Slaw
  • 1 oz. Monarch® Toasted Sesame and Ginger Dressing
  • 3 oz. Chef's Line All Natural* Beef Bulgogi

PREPARATION

  1. In a side bowl, toss the slaw and dressing.
  2. Lay out a tortilla, and on the bottom half, add kimchi fried rice, cooked beef bulgogi and the dressed slaw.
  3. Fold the bottom of the tortilla up and over the filling, then pull the filling back toward the bottom third of the wrap. Next, make two folds on either side of the large fold, roll it up and enjoy.
