Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Monarch® Sweet Potato Waffle Fries
  • 2 oz. Chef's Line® Pub Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Green Onion, thinly sliced

PREPARATION

Fry sweet potato fries until crispy, season to taste with kosher salt or seasoning of choice. Place on plate and drizzle with Pub Sauce. Garnish with green onion.
