Preparation Instructions
- Sauté pan or Griddle: dice or slice the Andouille sausage and cook in a sauté pan on medium-high heat for 2-4 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached
- Grill: grill whole, turning often to prevent burning, over medium-high heat for 14-18 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached
- Oven: cook sausage whole on a sheet pan at 350°F for 12-14 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached
