Vegetarian Black Bean Burger with Petite Broccoli Slaw
Ingredients
- 1/4 c Cross Valley Farms® Petite Broccoli Florets Salad
- 1 ea. Chef's Line® Meatless Black Bean Burger Patty, Grilled
- 1 ea. Chef's Line Hamburger White Bun, Toasted
- 1/8 c Chef's Line Greek Yogurt Tzatziki Sauce
- 1/4 c Chef's Line Natural Sliced Skin-On Raw Potato Chips
- 1 tsp. Monarch® BBQ Seasoning
PREPARATION
- In a large mixing bowl, combine petite broccoli florets salad and tzatziki sauce until fully incpororated.
- Deep fry potato chips following package instructions, and season with Monarch BBQ Seasoning.
- To assemble; plate the grilled black bean burger patty on toasted hamburger bun, top with petite broccoli mixture and top bun. Serve with a side of warm seasoned BBQ chips.
