Spring Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 ea. Chef's Line® Gluten-Free Sweet Potato Flatbread
  • 1/4 c Rykoff Sexton® Caramelized Sliced Onions
  • 2 oz. Rykoff Sexton Slow Roasted Tomatoes, oil drained and reserved
  • 1/3 c Glenview Farms® Vegan Mozzarella Style Shreds

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Spread reserved tomato oil onto flatbread. Layer on vegan mozzarella style shreds, caramelized onions and chopped slow roasted tomatoes. 
  3. Bake for 10 minutes.
