Spicy Hot Honey Chik'n Sandwich


  • 1 ea. Molly's Kitchen® Vegetarian Breaded Chik'n Patty
  • 1 ea. Chef's Line® Non-GMO Artisan Focaccia Square Bun
  • 1 ea. Cross Valley Farms® Better Burger Leaf Lettuce
  • 3 slices Cross Valley Farms Tomato Slices
  • 1 fl. oz. Monarch® Nashville Style Hot Sauce
  • 1 T Glenview Farms® Salted Butter
  • .25 tsp. Cross Valley Farms Fresh Rosemary, finely minced
  • 1 tsp. Monarch Ancho Chili Flakes
  • 1 T Monarch Honey
  • 6 ea. Monarch Dill Pickle Crinkle Cut


  1. Deep fry chick'n patty according to instructions.
  2. Toast insides of focaccia bun.
  3. Top with chick'n.
  4. Heat butter, honey, chili flakes, rosemary and hot sauce, stirring to blend.
  5. Assemble sandwich with lettuce, tomato, chik'n patty, hot sauce and top with pickles. Serve more sauce on the side.
