Spicy Hot Honey Chik'n Sandwich
- 1 ea. Molly's Kitchen® Vegetarian Breaded Chik'n Patty
- 1 ea. Chef's Line® Non-GMO Artisan Focaccia Square Bun
- 1 ea. Cross Valley Farms® Better Burger Leaf Lettuce
- 3 slices Cross Valley Farms Tomato Slices
- 1 fl. oz. Monarch® Nashville Style Hot Sauce
- 1 T Glenview Farms® Salted Butter
- .25 tsp. Cross Valley Farms Fresh Rosemary, finely minced
- 1 tsp. Monarch Ancho Chili Flakes
- 1 T Monarch Honey
- 6 ea. Monarch Dill Pickle Crinkle Cut
- Deep fry chick'n patty according to instructions.
- Toast insides of focaccia bun.
- Top with chick'n.
- Heat butter, honey, chili flakes, rosemary and hot sauce, stirring to blend.
- Assemble sandwich with lettuce, tomato, chik'n patty, hot sauce and top with pickles. Serve more sauce on the side.
