Hawaiian Salmon Slider


  • 1 ea. Harbor Banks® Roasted Garlic Lemon Salmon Patty
  • 1 ea. Hilltop Hearth® Hawaiian Slider Bun
  • 1 ea. Monarch® Pineapple Slice
  • 1 oz. Cross Valley Farms® Kohlrabi Slaw Mix
  • 2 T Chef's Line® Mayonnaise
  • 1 T Chef's Line Chili Lime Sauce
  • 4 ea. Del Pasado® Sliced Jalapeños
  • 3-4 rings Cross Valley Farms Sliced Red Onion


  1. Cook salmon patty in pan or oven until golden on the outside, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Toast Hawaiian bun.
  3. Grill pineapple slice.
  4. Mix mayo and chili lime sauce. Add kohlrabi blend to make slaw.
  5. Stack and top with jalapeño and red onion slices.
  6. Serve with your favorite Monarch french fry.
