Hawaiian Salmon Slider
Ingredients
- 1 ea. Harbor Banks® Roasted Garlic Lemon Salmon Patty
- 1 ea. Hilltop Hearth® Hawaiian Slider Bun
- 1 ea. Monarch® Pineapple Slice
- 1 oz. Cross Valley Farms® Kohlrabi Slaw Mix
- 2 T Chef's Line® Mayonnaise
- 1 T Chef's Line Chili Lime Sauce
- 4 ea. Del Pasado® Sliced Jalapeños
- 3-4 rings Cross Valley Farms Sliced Red Onion
PREPARATION
- Cook salmon patty in pan or oven until golden on the outside, about 8-10 minutes.
- Toast Hawaiian bun.
- Grill pineapple slice.
- Mix mayo and chili lime sauce. Add kohlrabi blend to make slaw.
- Stack and top with jalapeño and red onion slices.
- Serve with your favorite Monarch french fry.
