  • 5 lb. Monarch® Fire Grilled Peach Slices
  • 1 lb. Glenview Farms® Butter (unsalted)
  • 1 c. Monarch® Granulated Light Brown Sugar
  • 2.5 qt. Chef’s Line® Cinnamon and Brown Sugar Ice Cream
  • 2 lb. Almond Brittle
  • 1 bunch Cross Valley Farms® Mint


Pre-scoop 2.5 oz. size ice cream into serving vessel (mini cast-iron skillet).

Quick-sauté frozen, sliced fire-grilled peaches in butter and brown sugar.

Plate dessert by topping ice cream with warm peaches and pieces of brittle and a sprig of mint.
