English Peas with Grapes, Mint and Sumac
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups English peas, blanched
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 6 to 8 mint leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon sumac
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Add all the ingredients together and toss. Check for seasoning. Plate in a shallow bowl. Makes 2 servings.
