Diced Colorful Veggies Blend Salad


  • 1 C Cross Valley Farms® Diced Colorful Veggie Blend with Sweet Potatoes, roasted with oil, salt and pepper
  • 2 C Cross Valley Farms Spring Mix
  • 2 T Monarch® Walnuts, roasted
  • 2 T Glenview Farms® Smoked Blue Cheese
  • 2 T Monarch Dried Cranberries
  • 2 T Roseli® Balsamic Glaze
  • 1 T Rykoff Sexton® Olive Oil


  1. Place all ingredients – except the balsamic glaze – in a mixing bowl. 
  2. Toss salad together.
  3. Plate. Finish with drizzle of balsamic glaze.
