Diced Colorful Veggies Blend Salad
- 1 C Cross Valley Farms® Diced Colorful Veggie Blend with Sweet Potatoes, roasted with oil, salt and pepper
- 2 C Cross Valley Farms Spring Mix
- 2 T Monarch® Walnuts, roasted
- 2 T Glenview Farms® Smoked Blue Cheese
- 2 T Monarch Dried Cranberries
- 2 T Roseli® Balsamic Glaze
- 1 T Rykoff Sexton® Olive Oil
- Place all ingredients – except the balsamic glaze – in a mixing bowl.
- Toss salad together.
- Plate. Finish with drizzle of balsamic glaze.
