Chocolate Salted Caramel Brownie Milkshake
Ingredients
- 1 piece Chef's Line® Salted Caramel Chocolate Brownie, diced
- 1 oz. Monarch® Hot Fudge Sauce
- 3 scoops Chef's Line Chocolate Ice Cream (using #20-sized portion scoop)
- 4 oz. Glenview Farms® Milk
- 1/2 oz. Glenview Farms Whipped Cream
- 1/4 oz. Monarch Caramel Topping
- pinch Monarch Kosher Salt
PREPARATION
- Drizzle chocolate sauce inside a glass, tilting to spread it randomly along the sides.
- In a blender, combine ice cream, milk and half of the brownies, and mix on medium-high speed until blended. Adjust consistency with more milk or more ice cream.
- Pour mixture into glass, garnish with whipped cream and remaining brownie pieces, and drizzle with chocolate and caramel sauces and a pinch of salt.
