Black Forest Ham Dagwood Sandwich
- 48 each Chef's Line® Organic Sprouted Sliced White Bread
- 1 quart Chef's Line® Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Rykoff Sexton® Dark Ale Mustard
- 4 pounds Metro Deli® All Natural* Uncured Black Forest Ham
- 24 each Glenview Farms® Sliced Swiss Cheese
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 pound lemony rocket greens
Toast Bread, spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on top piece, 1 tablespoon mustard on bottom piece of toast. Set aside.
Slice ham into thin slices, portion into 3 ounce servings. Slice cucumbers.
Assemble Dagwood sandwich with alternating pieces of sliced ham and swiss cheese, rocket greens and cucumber. Cut in half or quarters.
Serve with favorite sides such as Metro Deli® Chips, dill pickles, French fries or side salad. Yield: 24 each.
