Beer Brisket Pretzel Sandwich With Beer Cheese Dip


  • 25. ea Chef’s Line® Soft Bavarian Pretzel
  • 4 lb. Chef’s Line® Slow-Smoked Beer Brisket
  • 1 qt. Molly’s Kitchen Beer Cheese Dip


Warm beer beef brisket in bag, then slice to desired thickness. Hold in natural juices from the brisket packaging to prevent slices from drying out.

Prepare pretzel sandwich by slicing it open and mist with water and sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake 3-4 minutes at 350°F, on low fan.

Fill opened soft pretzel with 2 oz. of moist, sliced brisket. Wrap in paper, if desired, for ease of handling.

Warm beer cheese dip and serve on the side for the ultimate dipping experience.
