Product Details

Made primarily of black beans, this Kosher Certified patty includes rolled oats and panko crumbs, red and green bell peppers, cilantro and parsley for a Southwestern flavor that vegan and vegetarian diners will appreciate. Plus, it’s an excellent source of fiber.

Preparation Instructions

  • Convection oven: preheat oven to 400°F. Place burger onto a parchment-lined sheet pan and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes
  • Conventional oven: pre-heat oven to 400°F. Place burger onto a parchment lined sheet pan. Cook for approximately 13 to 15 minutes
  • Pan-fry: in a lightly oiled pan, preheated to medium heat, cook for approximately 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Do not flip the burger until it is browned
  • Grill: preheat grill to a medium-high heat. Cook for approximately 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Do not flip the burger until it is charred
  • Cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F
