Preparation Instructions
- Convection oven: preheat oven to 400°F. Place burger onto a parchment-lined sheet pan and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes
- Conventional oven: pre-heat oven to 400°F. Place burger onto a parchment lined sheet pan. Cook for approximately 13 to 15 minutes
- Pan-fry: in a lightly oiled pan, preheated to medium heat, cook for approximately 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Do not flip the burger until it is browned
- Grill: preheat grill to a medium-high heat. Cook for approximately 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Do not flip the burger until it is charred
- Cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F
