Preparation Instructions

  • Flat top: cook from frozen. Cook in a small amount of oil on medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached
  • Stovetop: sauté over medium high heat for 6–7 minutes until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached
