The problem was discovered after the company received complaints from a restaurant that pieces of white, hard plastic were found embedded in the sausage during slicing. ||Rose Acre Farms of Seymour, Indiana, issued a Class 1 recall on eggs due to potential contamination with Salmonella Braenderup. The affected eggs are from plant number P-1065 with the Julian date range of 011 through date of 102 printed on either the side portion or the principal side of the carton or package. ||On Friday, April 13, 2018, the CDC issued a warning for chopped romaine Lettuce from Yuma, Arizona growing region due to a potential E. coli O157:H7 contamination. Per the CDC no common grower, supplier, distributor, or brand has been identified. However, out of abundance of caution, US Foods issued a Class 1 Recall on all romaine lettuce (processed and whole head) brands associated with the Yuma Arizona growing region. On Friday, April 20, 2018, the CDC expanded its warning to include all types of romaine lettuce from the Yuma region. ||National Frozen Foods Corporation (NFFC), a Seattle, WA based company, is conducting a Class 1 recall of a limited selection of IQF Not-Ready-To Eat vegetable products due to the potential for contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. The recall is due to the possibility that some product shipped from the Londonderry plant may contain dairy yogurt instead of soy yogurt as labeled. Sea Watch International, Don’s Salad, OxFord Frozen Foods, and Advance Pierre Foods all had various products impacted. This is an expansion from the May 10th , 2017 recall for undeclared milk.||View|
|6/8/2017||Club Chef||Club Chef, a Covington, KY establishment, has issued a Class 1 recall on Fresh Cut Leafy Greens. The issue was identified during environmental monitoring at Club Chef’s processing facility in Kentucky. Listeria spp. was identified in a specific piece of equipment that removes produce byproduct away from the processing line. While there were no positives associated with the product, the manufacturer elected to conduct a voluntary recall of 2 production dates of a variety of product. Per the supplier, there have been no reports of illness have been associated with these products at this time.||View|
|5/12/2017||High liner Foods USA Inc.||High Liner Foods USA Inc., a Newport News, VA based Company has issued out a Class 1 recall on various Viking Brands due to undeclared milk. Breaded Cod, Pollock, Haddock are the affected products and there are various lot codes impacted. This was initiated due to inclusion of Milk allergens that are not properly represented on the label ingredient deck and allergen statement||View|
|5/11/2017||Tyson Foods||Tyson Foods, a Springdale, Arkansas based company, has issued out a Class 1 recall on its Hillshire Brands Chef Pierre® Quiche product due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. They identified one Chef Pierre® Quiche product with various date codes that may be impacted, after their supplier (Del Mar Food Products Corp.) stated that an ingredient manufactured on the same production date tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes.||View|
|5/10/2017||Food Innovation||Food Innovation, a Springs, FL establishment, issued a Class 1 recall on Oysters due to possible Norovirus contamination. All shellfish harvested from 3/15/17 to 4/11/17 from the implicated portion of the Hammersley Inlet growing area is being recalled and the area is closed. Oyster associated Norovirus-like illnesses were reported by the Washington State Department of Health.||View|
|5/8/2017||Pinnacle Foods Inc||Pinnacle Foods Inc., a Parsippany, NJ based company, issued a Class 1 recall on all “Best By” dates of Aunt Jemima Frozen Pancakes, Frozen Waffles & Frozen French Toast Slices distributed in the United States and one product into Mexico because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. Per the supplier no illnesses have been reported. Pinnacle Foods initiated the recall after testing indicated the presence of Listeria monocytogenes in the plant environment where the products are made.||View|
|4/26/2017||Wayne Farms||Wayne Farms LLC., of Oakwood, GA issued a Class 1 recall on their Chef’s Line All Natural Fire Grilled Chicken Breast because they may be undercooked. The Saladworks Fully Cooked Flame Grilled Chicken Breast Fillets are also being recalled in relation to this issue. All lot codes and code dates areaffected for both products. The problem was discovered when the firm received multiple customercomplaints that the ready-to-eat chicken products appeared to be undercooked. There have been noconfirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products per the supplier.||View|

Healthy SoyNut Butter is packaged in 15 oz plastic jars, individual portion cups, 4 lb plastic tubs, or 45 lb pails. SoyNut Butter is available in Original Creamy, Chunky, Honey Creamy, Unsweetened and Chocolate. The granola is packaged in individual serving packages, 12 oz bags, 50 oz bags, and 25 lb bulk bag. I.M. Healthy Granola is available in Original, Apple, Blueberry, and Raisin and Cranberry. Best Buy dates can be seen on the labels of the containers stamped in silver or black.||View|
|2/10/2017||Deutsch Kase Haus, LLC||Deutsch Kase Haus, LLC, of Middlebury, IN, issued a Class 1 recall on various Cheeses and Lot codes due to potential contamination of Listeria monocytogenes. Sargento Foods Inc. and Guggisberg Cheese Inc. have also recalled Colby and Pepper jack Cheeses. Recall of these products was initiated following a notification by the Tennessee Department of Agriculture that some of the products manufactured on 11/03/ 2016, 11/10/2016 & 11/18/2016 have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. Hormel Foods Corporate Services, LLC, Austin MN establishment issued a class 1 recall on Hormel Fully Cooked Roasted Chicken Breast Strips with a Packed on date of 10/4/2016. Hormel Foods received two complaints associated with this lot code for product that appears to be undercooked. An investigation at the manufacturing plant is underway and at this time, no other lot codes of product are involved.
|11/21/2016||Sabra Dipping Co., LLC||Sabra Dipping Co., LLC, Colonial Heights, VA establishment issued a class 1 recall on hummus products made prior to November 8, 2016 due to concerns over Listeria monocytogenes, which was identified at the manufacturing facility but not in tested finished product. Any product with a “Best Before” date up through January 23, 2017 are urged to discard it. Consumers can find code and “Best Before” date on the lid of eachpackage.
