Chef Tim started in the restaurant industry over 4 decades ago and finds more enjoyment today helping other operators "Make It" in this challenging time. Tim started with US Foods in 2002 in sales and sales management, but turned his real talents on as a consulting Chef. As a former owner, Chef Tim knows what it takes to be successful in business and how to build great relationships. As a top graduate from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, Chef Tim's passion for flavor and presentation still holds true today. Besides eating and cooking, Tim loves fishing and recently taken up surfing since moving to the San Diego Market for US Foods.
