Steve Salle is the food fanatic Chef for the Sacramento Division and has been with US Foods since 2004. Steve has over 40 years in the hospitality industry experience, specializing in French cuisine and large scale events. He hold a professional Chef degree from the California Culinary Academy and resides in Sacramento, California with his wife, dogs and cats. Steve enjoys spending time in both Napa and Sonoma valley, wine tasting and sampling amazing regional cuisines. Steve loves sharing and mentoring his gastronomy passion with fellow culinarians
