Chef Scott has more than 30 years of experience running kitchens across America after graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in Communications.† His Pan-Latin restaurant °Oba! in Portland garnered national attention as the first of its kind on the West Coast.† He also hosted a weekly hour-long live radio program called ìDining Out in the Northwestî for over a decade. Scott started with US Foods as a COP Specialist in 2021, and is excited to help our customers make it as a Food Fanatics Chef.†††
