Chef Scott has more than 30 years of experience running kitchens across America after graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in Communications.  His Pan-Latin restaurant ¡Oba! in Portland garnered national attention as the first of its kind on the West Coast.  He also hosted a weekly hour-long live radio program called “Dining Out in the Northwest” for over a decade. Scott started with US Foods as a COP Specialist in 2021, and is excited to help our customers make it as a Food Fanatics Chef.
