Maya Wilson, Food Fanatic Chef, Anchorage. Maya has been with US Foods since early 2020 and has over a decade of experience in the food industry in Alaska. In addition to being a former executive chef, she is the author of The Alaska from Scratch Cookbook (Penguin Random House 2018), co-author of Forty Years of Fish with Alaska Seafood, former food columnist for Alaska's largest newspaper, and has served as a Judge for the James Beard Awards. In addition to being a chef, she is a food photographer, food stylist, and Instagram influencer. When not working, she's enjoying Alaska with her wife, three kids, and two dogs.
