He is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago, formerly The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, with a degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management. He lives on a hobby farm in South East Wisconsin with his lovely Wife Abbie, son Ljubo, their dogs, cat, chickens, geese, and goats.
