Chef Jose Casals has more than two decades of international culinary experience. He was Executive Chef of the luxurious Forbes 5-Star & AAA 5-Diamond Acqualina Resort on the Beach, Head Chef of the Brown Derby restaurant at Walt Disney World, Studio Banquets and an appointed Epcot Center Food and Wine Festival Ambassador Chef. He is also a tenured professor at Miami Dade College, and his vast background of gastronomy and ever-curious drive to explore has helped him craft one-of-a-kind culinary experiences in France, Italy, Peru, Spain, China, Thailand and South Africa.
