Jesse Moreno is the ROC for the Las Vegas and Southern Utah market. 20+ years of the ultra-experience in the hospitality sector. From culinary trenches of hospitality and food service to food manufacturing market design, development and implementation his ongoing education has roots in Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and Associates degree from the California School of Culinary Arts and Hospitality in Pasadena. His dedication to staying calibrated with the ever-evolving consumer market and specializing in modern and classic cuisines from Plant Forward to Avant Garde to help cooks, chefs, operators reach their full potential. Moreno loves taking his family on outdoor excursions and occasionally will run 100 miles for fun.
