Greg Barchetti is the Food Fanatic Chef for Western Pennsylvania for US Foods since 2018. He has has 40 years of hotel, restaurant, and institution food service experience. This includes Marriott, Sheraton, Omni, and Helmsley Park Lane. He owned a restaurant in the Sugar ski resort located in Vermont and was the Corporate Executive Chef for Citibank in NYC. He hold an associate's degree in culinary arts. He resides in Ellwood City just north of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania with his wife. He has one daughter who resides in Reston Virginia.
