Hispanic & Latino cuisine are his strength. Chef Frankie earned a BA in Culinary Management and MBA in Management and Strategic Leadership from Universidad del Este in Puerto Rico. He is also a former owner of a catering company and a restaurant. Today he enjoys helping business owners with their menu, improving the profitability of their business and leading them to success.
