Dimitra Kriticos is a Food Fanatic Chef for South Texas and has been with US Foods since 2021. Dimitra's culinary career began early on, inspired by her Greek restaurateur family and their love and respect for quality and tradition. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the Conrad N. Hilton College and a Culinary Arts Degree from the Art Institute of Houston. Dimitra sought opportunities to further develop of her own creativity in front of the house and back of the house operations. She has over 25 years of Restaurant, Beverage, and Culinary Operations experience, specializing in Menu Ideation and Recipe Development. Dimitra resides in Richmond, Texas with her family and two dogs. In her spare time, she paints abstract art and is creating a cookbook of her family recipes.
