Born and raised in Central New Jersey and after serving in the US Army as a Blackhawk helicopter crew chief, Damian attended The Philadelphia Restaurant School to get his degree in Culinary Arts. In his 24 years of working in the food service industry he has been in all types of kitchens; a 3 Michelin Star Hotel in Chartres France, small fine dining eateries throughout Philly and NJ and corporate dining settings to name a few. Most recently, he was the Specialty Foods Specialist with US Foods Metro, traveling the NJ and Manhattan area helping to introduce customers to new and exciting ingredients, helping them make it. Damian now resides comfortably in Roanoke, VA with his wife, daughter, and son. He is very proud to be the local market Food Fanatic Chef and looks forward to meeting and helping you with your needs.
