He has 25 years of Restaurant Industry Experience, and specializes in New menu concept development, profitability and social media. His culinary journeys in foodservice have taken him across this great country sharing the love and passion for food and education. He has cooked alongside prestigious culinarians from around the world. In 2018, Chris cooked at the World-Famous James Beard House in Manhattan, NYC providing a virtual cherry on top of his epicurean cake!
