Charles Ramseyer Food Fanatic Chef, Seattle Washington. I have been working for US Foods for 9 years Trained in Classis Cooking at a 3 Star Hotel in Z¸rich, Switzerland, then spent many years as Chef and Executive Chef for Hilton and Four Seasons Hotels around the world including Beijing, Singapore, Shanghai, Tokyo, Vancouver, Seattle and Santa Barbara. I continued to refine my culinary expertise in NW Seafood at the famous Seafood Institution, Rayís Boathouse. I spent 15 years, with many highlights including a group authored Cook book called Seafood Symphony of the Pacific NW . In 2007 I took my own personal Pacific NW Seafood restaurant to Manhattan, NY called Wild Salmon Restaurant. After that was up and running, I moved on to China Grill management overseeing all 12 of their West Coast Restaurants as Regional Exec. Chef. Than back to Seattle to begin my new adventure, as Food Fanatic Chef for US foods. I live in West Seattle, WA with my wife Lisa, of 22 years. Lisa and I are proud parents of 2 Dogs Rex and Jefferey 3 cats Wilson, Ginger and Fred . My passions (besides Fusion and Classic cooking) are golf, gardening and traveling the world to see family (Switzerland) and meet new friends.
