Menu Request

* By submitting this project, I accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to pay US Foods in full for all design, printing and shipping costs invoiced upon delivery. Additional rounds of design, text edits, and photo purchase/photoshopping to menu projects will result in an additional charge. The customer is responsible for all additional fees incurred throughout the proofing process. Once the design process starts, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred even if the project doesn’t complete. Customer is solely responsible for the content of all finished menu projects. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Other fees or costs may apply. All US Foods designs are the exclusive intellectual property of US Foods and cannot be altered or redistributed, including photos purchased for the creation of your design. To the extent you have provided any intellectual property, images, logos or designs to US Foods for incorporation into the final design, or after receipt of the final design, make subsequent modifications or changes to the final design, or have provided your own or a third party’s menu file as a “print only” project to US Foods, you represent and warrant to US Foods that you have legal right and/or license to do so. Customer will defend, indemnify, and hold US Foods harmless from any and all third-party claims, causes of action, liabilities, damages, costs, fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and other costs of litigation) (collectively, “Claims”) for breach of these Terms & Conditions, except to the extent such Claims are the result of US Foods’ own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
