Weekend Jubilee


  • 1½ ounce poached plum-infused Buffalo Trace bourbon
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce vanilla bean-infused maple syrup
  • Angostura bitters
  • Bittercube cherry bark vanilla bitters
  • 2 ounces Poema cava


Combine all ingredients except for the sparkling wine in a mixing tin. Add ice and shake until cocktail is properly diluted. 

Add sparkling wine to the tin and strain into a champagne flute.
