- 1½ ounce poached plum-infused Buffalo Trace bourbon
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce vanilla bean-infused maple syrup
- Angostura bitters
- Bittercube cherry bark vanilla bitters
- 2 ounces Poema cava
Combine all ingredients except for the sparkling wine in a mixing tin. Add ice and shake until cocktail is properly diluted.
Add sparkling wine to the tin and strain into a champagne flute.
