Vegetarian Crispy Fried Street Tacos


  • 4 oz. Molly’s Kitchen® Meatless Breaded Wings, roughly chopped
  • 2 oz. Monarch® Nashville Style Hot Sauce
  • 1 oz. Monarch Honey
  • 3 ea. Yellow 4” Corn Tortilla, heated on grill
  • 2 oz. del Pasado® Cotija Cheese, crumbled
  • 2 oz. Monarch Pickled Red Onions
  • 2 oz. Monarch Bread and Butter Pickle Chips, roughly chopped
  • 1 oz. Monarch Roasted Garlic Aioli


  1. Fry the meatless wings, and toss with hot sauce and honey. 
  2. Lay the warm tortillas in a taco taxi, and lay in the meatless, coated chunks.  
  3. Top with chopped bread and butter pickles, cotija and garlic aioli.
