Vegan Thai Basil Ranch
Ingredients
- 2 T Shallot, minced
- 2 T Thai Basil, chopped
- 2 T Chives, chopped
- 1 T Parsley, chopped
- 2 ea. Garlic Cloves, minced
- 2 T Lemon Juice or White Wine Vinegar
- 1 c Vegan Mayonnaise
- 2 T Almond Yogurt
- 1 c Creamy Soy Milk
- 1 pinch Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- ½ tsp. Smoked Paprika
- Honey, as needed
PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Adjust seasonings for balance.
