Vegan Thai Basil Ranch

Ingredients

  • 2 T Shallot, minced
  • 2 T Thai Basil, chopped
  • 2 T Chives, chopped
  • 1 T Parsley, chopped
  • 2 ea. Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2 T Lemon Juice or White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 c Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 2 T Almond Yogurt
  • 1 c Creamy Soy Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp. Smoked Paprika
  • Honey, as needed

PREPARATION

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Adjust seasonings for balance.
