Vegan Panini

Ingredients

  • 2 Slices Chef's Line® Sprouted Grain Bread
  • 2 Slices Glenview Farms® Vegan Cheddar Style Slices
  • 2 T Metro Deli® Caramelized Balsamic Onion Jam
  • 2 oz. Rykoff Sexton® Slow Roasted Tomatoes, chopped

PREPARATION

  1. Lay bread slices flat. 
  2. Layer with hummus, vegan cheese slices, onion jam and tomatoes. 
  3. Press layers together to make a sandwich and place into a panini press, or onto a hot flat top griddle. 
  4. Heat through until outsides are crisp and insides are hot and melted. 

Serves 1
