Vegan Panini
Ingredients
- 2 Slices Chef's Line® Sprouted Grain Bread
- 2 Slices Glenview Farms® Vegan Cheddar Style Slices
- 2 T Metro Deli® Caramelized Balsamic Onion Jam
- 2 oz. Rykoff Sexton® Slow Roasted Tomatoes, chopped
PREPARATION
- Lay bread slices flat.
- Layer with hummus, vegan cheese slices, onion jam and tomatoes.
- Press layers together to make a sandwich and place into a panini press, or onto a hot flat top griddle.
- Heat through until outsides are crisp and insides are hot and melted.
