Thanksgiving
Totchos (Cheddar Sour Cream and Chive Potato Tots)
Ingredients
- 5 oz. Monarch® Cheddar Sour Cream and Chive Potato Tots
- 2 oz. Stock Yards® Beef Tenderloin Tips
- 1 oz. Patuxent Farms® Applewood Smoked Bacon Cooked, roughly chopped
- 3 tsp. Glenview Farms® Sour Cream
- ½ tsp. Cross Valley Farms® Chives, chopped
- ½ tsp. Cross Valley Farms Green Onion, slivered
- ¼ tsp. Ancho Chili Flakes
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
PREPARATION
- Beef tenderloin tips can be sautéed or deep fried to your liking.
- Deep fry potato tots until golden brown.
- Arrange potato tots, beef and bacon on ¼-sheet pan or suitable vessel.
- Place under a salamander or into a convection oven to desired color.
- Garnish on a platter with a few dollops of sour cream, chives, green onion and a sprinkle of ancho chili Flakes.
