The Cod Father


  • 2 Pieces Harbor Banks® Beef Battered Wild Alaska Cod
  • 1 ea. Hilltop Hearth® Cornbread Hamburger Bun
  • 1 Leaf Cross Valley Farms® Iceberg Better Burger Lettuce Leaf
  • 2 Slices Cross Valley Farms Sliced Tomato
  • 1 oz. Chef's Line® Pub Sauce


Fry two pieces salt and vinegar cod. butter and toast the cornbread bun. Place 1 oz. of pub sauce on the bottom bun. Top with lettuce and sliced tomatoes, Add fried cod and the top bun.
