The Big Dipper
Ingredients
- 1 ea. Cross Valley Farms® Garlic Cloves, cut in half
- 1 c Dry White Wine
- 1.5 lb. Glenview Farms® Shredded Fontina, Gruyère and Gouda Cheese Blend
- To Taste Monarch® Kosher Salt
- To Taste Monarch Black Pepper
- To Taste Monarch Ground Nutmeg
- 2 ea. Chef's Line® All Natural* Smoked Chicken Sausage, cooked and sliced
- 2 ea. Cross Valley Farms® Red Potatoes, cut in cubes or wedges, roasted
- .5 ea. Chef's Line French Baguette, cut and toasted
PREPARATION
Heat an iron skillet in the oven. Tableside, add white wine, garlic, and three cheese blend. Stir constantly with a fork or whisk until the cheese is melted. Serve with grilled sausage, roasted potato wedges, and large chunks of crusty bread.
