Tex-Mex Torta


  • 1 ea. Chef's Line® Focaccia Roll
  • 4 oz. Choice of protein. We recommend Chef's Line Smoked Tri-Tip
  • 1 oz. Chef's Line Black Bean Hummus
  • .5 oz. del Pasado® Cotija Cheese
  • .25 ea. Avocado
  • 1 ea. Lime, wedges
  • 1 tsp. Glenview Farms® Sour Cream
  • .5 oz. Cross Valley Farms® Shredded Lettuce


  1. Toast bun and slice tri-tip thinly on a meat slicer. 
  2. Combine sour cream and avocado, whip until smooth. 
  3. Place black bean hummus on the bottom bun. Add sliced tri-tip, shredded lettuce, cotija cheese, and place avocado cream on the top bun.
