Tarragon Cachaça, Vanilla and Avocado Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz. Tarragon-Infused Cachaça
- 1 1⁄2 oz. Vanilla-Infused Cane Sugar
- 1⁄4 oz. Clarified Lime Juice
- 1⁄4 oz. Chareau Aloe Vera liquor
- 5 drops Pistachio Oil, roasted
- 2 generous bar spoons Avocado, ripe
- Golden mint sprigs, to garnish
PREPARATION
Place all ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously. Pour over a tall Collins glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with golden mint sprig for enhanced fresh aromatics.
