Sweet Potato Fries With Marshmallow Cream


  • 5 lb. Monarch® Sweet Potato House Fry
  • 24 oz. Monarch Marshmallow Cream
  • 1 c Monarch Maple Cinnamon Spice
  • 4 oz. Glenview Farms® Butter (salted)
  • 2 c Mini Marshmallows


Deep-fry sweet potato fries at 350°F for 4-5 minutes until golden.  

Dust with maple cinnamon spice and place in serving casserole dish.

Top with marshmallow cream and drizzled melted butter. Dust with additional cinnamon and sugar spice and top with mini marshmallows.

Bake at 375°F, on high fan, for 4-5 minutes until marshmallow is golden and dish is bubbly.
