Shaved Purple & Green Brussels Sprout Citrus Salad
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Cross Valley Farms® Shaved Purple and Green Brussels Sprouts
- 2 oz. Monarch® Toasted Sesame and Ginger Dressing
- 2 oz. Cross Valley Farms Red Bell Pepper, julienned
- 1 ea. Chef's Line® Sous Vide Chicken Breast, sliced
- 1 ea. Cross Valley Farms Orange, peeled, seeded and segmented
- 4 ea. Cross Valley Farms Pink Grapefruit Sections
- 3/4 tsp. Monarch Black Seasme Seeds
PREPARATION
- In a large mixing bowl, combine dressing with shredded Brussels sprouts. Toss until well-combined.
- Plate Brussels sprout mixture in a large bowl and garnish with julienned peppers, sliced chicken, oranges, grapefruit segments and sesame seeds.
