Shaved Purple & Green Brussels Sprout Citrus Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Cross Valley Farms® Shaved Purple and Green Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 oz. Monarch® Toasted Sesame and Ginger Dressing
  • 2 oz. Cross Valley Farms Red Bell Pepper, julienned
  • 1 ea. Chef's Line® Sous Vide Chicken Breast, sliced
  • 1 ea. Cross Valley Farms Orange, peeled, seeded and segmented
  • 4 ea. Cross Valley Farms Pink Grapefruit Sections
  • 3/4 tsp. Monarch Black Seasme Seeds

PREPARATION

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine dressing with shredded Brussels sprouts. Toss until well-combined.
  2. Plate Brussels sprout mixture in a large bowl and garnish with julienned peppers, sliced chicken, oranges, grapefruit segments and sesame seeds.
