  • 4 heads chopped Cross Valley Farms® Triple Washed Red Romaine Hearts
  • 1 ½ - 2 quarts Monarch® Creamy Caesar Dressing with Romano Cheese
  • 4 Chef’s Line® Schiacciatta Buns, cubed and toasted or deep fried
  • To taste Monarch® Black Peppercorns, cracked
