Polynesian Meatballs


  • 3 ea. Italian Meatball, 2 oz.
  • 3 oz. Chef's Line® Butter Chicken Sauce
  • 3 oz. Chef's Line Organic Precooked Brown Rice & Quinoa Blend
  • 2 oz. Cross Valley Farms® Superfood Slaw
  • 1/4 oz. Green onions, chopped


  1. Heat meatballs in sauce pot with sauce and Superfood Slaw.
  2. In microwave, heat brown rice and quinoa blend.
  3. Pour meatballs over rice blend, and garnish with green onions.
