Polynesian Meatballs
Ingredients
- 3 ea. Italian Meatball, 2 oz.
- 3 oz. Chef's Line® Butter Chicken Sauce
- 3 oz. Chef's Line Organic Precooked Brown Rice & Quinoa Blend
- 2 oz. Cross Valley Farms® Superfood Slaw
- 1/4 oz. Green onions, chopped
PREPARATION
- Heat meatballs in sauce pot with sauce and Superfood Slaw.
- In microwave, heat brown rice and quinoa blend.
- Pour meatballs over rice blend, and garnish with green onions.
