Organic Multigrain Veggie Sandwich


  • 48 each Chef's Line® Organic Sliced Multigrain Bread
  • 48 each cheddar cheese slices
  • 4 pounds Rykoff Sexton® Mixed Grilled Vegetables
  • 24 each lettuce leaves
  • 1 jar Monarch® Chimichurri Aioli
  • 8 each Cross Valley Farms® Baby Beefsteak Tomatoes


Toast bread slice, top with 1 tablespoon chimichurri aioli on both pieces.

Portion 3 ounce servings of sliced Mixed Grilled Veggies. Slice tomatoes, 2 per sandwich serving. 

Assemble sandwich on toasted Aioli bread with cheese, vegetables, lettuce and tomatoes.

Cut in half if desired. 

Serve with favorite a side, such as soup, French fries, pickles, potato salad or Metro Deli® Chips.
