Omega 3 A.M. Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 ea. Hilltop Hearth® English Muffin, split
  • 1 ea. Harbor Banks® Roasted Garlic Lemon Salmon Patty
  • 1 ea. Glenview Farms® Cage Free Brown Egg, fried or over medium
  • 1 oz. Monarch® Roasted Garlic Aioli
  • 4 g Cross Valley Farms® Harvest Lettuce Blend
  • 1 tsp. Lemon juice
  • to taste Monarch Kosher salt

PREPARATION

  1. Toast English muffin in toaster, oven or on flat top.
  2. Heat salmon patty following instructions on box.
  3. Toss greens in lemon juice and salt to taste.
  4. Spread aioli on bottom slice of toasted English muffin.
  5. Place salmon patty on top of aioli, place egg on top of salmon patty, top egg with dressed greens.
  6. Place top bun on greens.
  7. Wrap sandwich in sandwich wrap or place in desired container.
