Nashville Crispy Cod Sandwich


  • 1 ea. Harbor Banks® Cracker Breaded Cod Tail
  • 1 ea. Chef's Line® Non-GMO Artisan Focaccia Square Bun
  • 1 ea. Cross Valley Farms® Better Burger Leaf Lettuce
  • 3 slices Cross Valley Farms Tomato Sliced
  • 2 fl. oz. Monarch® Tartar Sauce
  • 1 T Monarch Nashville Style Hot Sauce
  • .25 tsp. Rykoff Sexton® Key Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp. Cross Valley Farms Green Onion, thinly sliced


  1. Deep-fry breaded cod according to instructions.
  2. Toast bun, and place lettuce and tomato on bun.
  3. Top with cod.
  4. Mix Nashville Sauce and Lime Juice along with Green Onion into the tartar sauce.
  5. Top cod or serve sauce on the side.
