- 1 oz. Rum
- 1 oz. Turmeric Cordial
- 1 oz. Honey Syrup*
- 1 oz. Ginger syrup**
- 3 oz. Pacific Jade® Coconut Milk
- 1 ea. Egg white, whipped (floater)
- Pinch of turmeric
Shake all ingredients with ice except egg white. Strain into a 4 oz. cup and top with whipped egg white. Sprinkle turmeric on top.
*Honey syrup: Bring 8 oz. of honey and 4 oz. of water to a boil. Allow to cool before use.
**Ginger syrup: Peel and slice a 6” piece of fresh ginger. Bring 8 oz. of water, 8 oz. of sugar and the ginger to a boil. Allow to cool before use.
